If you feel stressed, anxious, or have difficulty calming your mind, this class is for you! We will breathe and practice yoga poses that are calming and nourishing to our bodies and minds


Chair Mindfulness & Movement

This class invites participants to engage in gentle mindful movement while seated in a chair. The benefits of mindful breathing and gentle movement are for all! This class is suited for all (adult) ages and mobilities.


Yoga for Grief & Loss

Life can be full of loss: job loss, divorce, loss of a pet, death of a loved one, illness, fear of loss, loss of an ideal or dream, and more. Mindful breathing and movement supports our bodies and minds and provides a meaningful way to cope with loss. If you've had a loss, come see how mindful movement and breathing can benefit you.
