What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a skill that helps us be more
aware and accepting of our present experience, without being distracted or overwhelmed by thoughts and emotions.
Mindfulness practices are good for both managing and maintaining your mental health.


Mindfulness Instructors
Our instructors have facilitated and
taught mindfulness practices for over 15 years,
working with businesses,
non-profits, and governmental organizations.
They have brought the power and benefits of mindfulness to thousands of people and love equipping people with the tools to release anxiety, cultivate inner-rest, and live in the present moment.
Registration Process
Mindfulness Classes - FREE
Please Register Online. We will notify you via email of confirmation of registration.
If the class is full, we will contact you to explore alternative dates.
What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
What to Wear: We recommend wearing flexible, form-fitting clothing for a comfortable experience. Whether that’s shorts, leggings or sweatpants, be prepared to wear clothing that allows freedom of movement.
